New single-story steel frame office structure is aimed to provide 31,500 sq ft of space for administration purposes for Marion County. The structure is framed with long-span steel joists atop steel beams and columns with bypass light gauge steel shear walls allowing for an open space layout. The focal features of this structure are the three towers with ribbon windows bringing natural daylight throughout the space.

The building is a single-story wood framed structure of approximately 8,300 sq. ft. with an approximate 550 sq. ft. covered drop-off area.  Construction consists of a mix of pre-engineered trusses and stick framing at the roof top mechanical well, Conventional stud framed walls with plywood shear walls as the lateral force resisting system, and a thickened edge slab-on-grade foundation.

This is a new 5600 sq. feet, single story, physical therapy facility of conventional wood construction.  It primary purpose is sports rehabilitation and features an in-ground therapy pool with a mechanical/service room below.

This project is a new clinic for an established medical group in the area.  The building is 1-story of 12,000 sq. ft. with a steel framework for the interior and exterior.  The foundation is a slab-on-grade with thickened edge slab perimeter.
